How the Information Collected is Used
Registration information collected
The goal of collecting customer and viewer information is to create a friendlier and more efficient experience while working with SupportSync. Personal
information submitted at the time of registration may be used by SupportSync for the marketing and promotion of SupportSync products that we feel may be of interest
to you. You may "opt out" of these marketing activities via email at

Customer Service Data information collected
Customer Service Data entered or collected by our customers can be used for third parties (ex: UPS, Federal Express and United Postal Services) shipping methods to process

To Whom We Disclose Personal and Service Data Information
We take your privacy very seriously. None of the personal information and service data that is collected by SupportSync is rented or sold to any third parties for any purpose.
Limited information may be shared or framing techniques with a third party (such as a Credit Card processor) that has partnered with SupportSync if that information is protected
under a confidentiality obligation with that third party and is used only as a part of providing the SupportSync service to the customer.
In cases of onward transfer by SupportSync to third parties of data EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, SupportSync is liable unless we can prove we were not a party to the events giving rise to the damages.
SupportSync is required to disclose an individual's personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

SupportSync complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF) and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce. SupportSync has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that it adheres to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Principles (EU-U.S. DPF Principles) with regard to the processing of personal data received from the European Union and the United Kingdom in reliance on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.

By submitting personal information to us or using our site, you agree that we may collect and use such personal information in accordance with our privacy policy or as
