Our approach to custom development begins with a discovery process where we determine the best way to address your unique challenges.
Our development staff then works with you to extend and modify SupportSync’s capabilities to provide additional features that help your company achieve its goals.

Fill out the form to the right to get started. We'll analyze your requirements and put together a Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines everything involved
in the development effort on our side. Once we agree on the SOW, it's signed and returned to us and we start working on your project.
A quote will be provided after a review process has been completed.
SupportSync, Inc. reserves all intellectual property rights for custom development work and may commercialize any such modifications.
Cost is based on various factors including:
- Level of required developer expertise
- Costs associated with interruption of current projects
- Development time and technology requirements
An initial deposit of 50% of the agreed-on fee is due before beginning development. The balance is due upon successful project completion.
