Thank you for choosing SupportSync! Below is all the legal stuff you need to know.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT BETWEEN YOU AND SUPPORTSYNC AND GOVERN USE OF AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND SITE BY YOU, AGENTS AND USERS WHETHER IN CONNECTION WITH A PAID SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SERVICE OR A FREE TRIAL OF THE SERVICE.

SupportSync Inc. ("SupportSync") provides SupportSync.com and its related services ("Service") subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") set forth below. Please read the following carefully.

SupportSync reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Service at any time with or without notice. New features that may be added to the Service shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Should you continue to use the Service after any such modifications have been made, this shall constitute your agreement to such modifications.

By accepting these Terms of Service, or by accessing or using the Service, or authorizing or permitting any user to access or use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms of Service on behalf of a company, organization or another legal entity, you are agreeing to these terms for that entity and representing to SupportSync that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms, in which case the terms "you," "your" "user" or related terms herein shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these terms, you must not accept these terms and may not use the Service. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your account.

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
  • The "Subscription Term" begins when you sign up for SupportSync and continues as long as you use the service.
  • You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information to complete the sign-up process.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your account. SupportSync will not be held liable for any damage or loss that may result from your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
  • SupportSync may communicate with you via email regarding your account, news, system updates, or other issues related to your account.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when content is posted by others to your account).
  • SupportSync may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the sole discretion on whether to allow you to register, renew, change your plan or use our services.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Payments, Upgrading and Downgrading Plans

The Service is offered with a free trial. When you elect to purchase a plan, your billing cycle will begin and you will be charged in advance via a pre-approved payment method for your billing cycle which is non-refundable. You will only be able to continue using the Service by paying in advance for additional usage. If you fail to pay for additional usage your account will be inaccessible until payment is made.

You may choose to upgrade your plan during the billing cycle at any time. In any future billing cycle, your subscription fees will reflect such subscription changes or plan upgrades. If you exceed the user or transactional limits on your current plan during a billing cycle, you may be subject to a plan upgrade or usage adjustment prior to the next billing cycle to continue use of the service.

No refunds or credits for subscription fees or payments will be provided if you elect to downgrade your plan during the billing cycle. However, in any future billing cycle your subscription fees will reflect any such plan downgrades. A request to change your service plan should be communicated via email to billing@supportsync.com prior to the next billing cycle. Downgrading your service plan may cause loss of content, features, or capacity of the Service as available to you under your account and SupportSync does not accept any liability for such loss.

Unless otherwise stated, our charges do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments, including value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes assessable by any local, state, provincial or foreign jurisdiction (collectively "Taxes"). You shall be responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription. Prices for the Services for future billing cycles are subject to change upon 30 days notice of your next billing cycle. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the SupportSync website, email notifications or to the Service itself.

Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. If you decide to cancel your service, just contact us at billing@supportsync.com. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current billing cycle, your termination date will take effect at the end of your billing cycle and you will not be charged again. However, there will not be any prorating of unused time in the last billing cycle and you are responsible for any charges already incurred that have not been paid. All of your content will be inaccessible from the Service upon termination so you will need to export any and all data prior to termination. Within 30 days of termination, the content will be permanently deleted from our servers. This information cannot be recovered once it has been permanently deleted.

SupportSync may suspend or terminate your account at any time in the event that you breach any of these Terms of Service with or without notice and you will not be charged again. In the event of termination, SupportSync will not refund any of the prepaid fees. Termination of the Services will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.

Use of Service

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION OR FUNCTIONALITY CONTAINED WITHIN IT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THIS SERVICE. SUPPORTSYNC ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS SPONSORS ARE NEITHER RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE IS TO STOP USING THE SERVICE.

SUPPORTSYNC MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING (I) YOUR ABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, (II) YOUR SATISFACTION WITH THE SERVICE, (III) THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, UNINTERRUPTED, AND ERROR-FREE (IV), THE ACCURACY OF MATHEMATICAL CALCULATIONS PERFORMED BY THE SERVICE, AND (V) THAT BUGS OR ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.

  • A high speed Internet connection is required for proper transmission of the Service. You are responsible for procuring and maintaining the network connections that connect your network to the Service, including, but not limited to, "browser" software that supports protocols used by SupportSync.
  • You understand that the Company uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. SupportSync and affiliated web sites may contain links or integrations to third parties ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of SupportSync and SupportSync is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any data obtained from a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. You should contact the site administrator or webmaster for those Linked Sites if you have any concerns regarding such links or the content obtained from such Linked Sites.
  • You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
  • Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
  • SupportSync will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data. These safeguards include encryption of your Content in transmission (using SSL or similar technologies), which you may link to through the Service at your election.
  • You may not use the service to transmit any viruses, worms, malicious content or to send unsolicited email (spam) or SMS messages.
  • The failure of SupportSync or the Company to exercise any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any right hereunder. The Terms of Service sets forth the entire understanding between you and SupportSync as to the Service and supersedes any prior agreements between you and SupportSync (including, but not limited to, prior versions of the Terms of Service or Subscription Agreements).
  • As part of the registration process, you and each user may be required to identify an email address, user name and password for your account ("Login Credentials"). You agree and acknowledge that each user will be identified by a unique Login Credential and that a user Login Credential may only be used by one (1) individual. You will not share a user Login Credential among multiple individuals. You and your users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all Login Credentials for your account.
  • SupportSync makes no representation that Materials contained at the Website or products or services described or offered at the Website or the SupportSync Service are accurate, appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the United States, or that these Terms of Service comply with the laws of any other country. Visitors who use the Website or the SupportSync Service and reside outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. You agree that you will not access this Website or the SupportSync Service from any territory where its contents are illegal, and that you, and not SupportSync, are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
  • In addition to SupportSync rights as set forth in the Termination section of these Terms, SupportSync reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to temporarily suspend your access to and use of the Service: (a) during planned downtime for upgrades and maintenance to the Service (of which SupportSync shall use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you in advance); (b) during any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond SupportSync reasonable control, such as, without limitation, technical failures (such as, without limitation, inability to access the Internet or failure of infrastructure systems), acts of war, acts of terror or other civil unrest, acts of vandalism, natural disaster or other acts of God, strike, unavailability of energy sources, acts of government, or acts undertaken by third parties, including without limitation, distributed denial of service attacks (collectively, "Force Majeure Events"); or (c) if SupportSync suspects or detects any malicious software connected to your account or use of the Service by you, or your users.
  • These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. You hereby expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts of the State of California for the purpose of resolving any dispute relating to your access to or use of the Service.

Google Maps API

Google Maps API is implemented on some pages of this website. By using the Google Maps API implementation on this website, users are agreeing to be bound by Google’s Terms of Service. Users are notified that the use of the Google Maps API on this website is subject to the Google Privacy Policy, as amended by Google from time to time.

Copyright, Trademarks & Ownership

SupportSync owns the intellectual property rights to any and all protectable components of the Service, including but not limited to the name of the Service, artwork and end-user interface elements contained within the Service, many of the individual features, and the related documentation. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or dissemble any aspect of the Service which SupportSync owns.

SupportSync claims no intellectual property rights over the Content you upload or provide to the Service. However, by using the Service to send Content, you agree that others may view and share your Content.

You acknowledge that (i) content on the Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual and proprietary rights (ii) these Rights are valid and protected in all media and technologies existing now or later developed; and (iii) except as explicitly provided otherwise, the Terms and applicable copyright, trademark and other laws govern your use of such content. The content and software on this site may be used as a system management resource. Any other use, including but not limited to the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the content on this site is strictly prohibited.

SupportSync and its associated brand names and domain names are trademarks of SupportSync in the United States and/or other countries. SupportSync trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner can be interpreted as business disparagement. All marks not owned by SupportSync are the property of their respective owners. You may not use, and nothing contained on the Site or in these Terms grants, by implication, waiver, estoppels or otherwise, any right to use, any trademark displayed on the Web Site without the written permission of SupportSync or the respective owner of such trademark, service mark or logo.
